Zamara Jewelry Return & Exchange Policy

At Zamara Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our guidelines below:

1. Return Window & Condition

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

2. Final Sale Items

Please Note: Any items marked or purchased as Final Sale are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

3. Damages and Issues

We highly encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email at zamarajewelry@gmail.com or text us at (669) 331-8000 to initiate the process.

  2. Ship it Back: You must ship the original item back to us first.

  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will process and ship your new exchange.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at zamarajewelry@gmail.com.

6. Lost Packages

  • Zamara Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
