30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

  • The Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original, undamaged condition.

  • Final Sale & Custom Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items marked as Final Sale, or any pieces that have been custom-modified just for you (including custom sizing, engraving, or personalized gemstone color changes).

Care, Repairs & Warranties

Every single piece undergoes a rigorous personal quality check before it leaves our hands. However, we know life happens.

  • Within 30 Days: If your jewelry experiences any manufacturing damage within your first 30 days, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly repair or replace the item for you.

  • Proper Care & Handling: While real gold is designed to last generations, it is still a precious metal that requires gentle care. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by improper handling, such as forceful pulling, snapping, or accidental crushing.

  • The Golden Lining: The beautiful thing about investing in genuine gold—unlike temporary gold-plated jewelry—is that it can always be repaired. If your piece experiences accidental damage down the road, reach out to us and we can discuss repair options to bring your heirloom back to life.

Secure Shipping & Signature Requirements

Because we ship high-value fine jewelry, we take extra precautions to ensure your investment safely makes it from our hands to yours.

  • Orders of $250 and Up: For your security, a signature will always be required upon delivery for all orders valued at $250 or more. We want to ensure your stunning new pieces end up safely in your hands, rather than sitting on a porch.

  • Orders Under $250: If your order total is less than $250 but you would still like the peace of mind of a required signature, you can easily add this service at checkout for an additional $4.99.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to sign for the package, don't worry—the carrier will leave a slip, and your package will be held safely for you to pick up at your local USPS location.

Lost vs. Stolen Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost by the carrier before reaching its destination (for example, if the tracking explicitly status states "Lost" or "Undeliverable"), we will fully take care of you, replacing or resolving the issue.

  • Stolen Packages: Once a package has been successfully delivered to your address by the carrier, Zamara Jewelry is not responsible for stolen mail. To protect against doorstep theft, we highly recommend utilizing our signature delivery options.
